Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operators of Trovli (“Trovli,” “we,” “us”) and govern your access to and use of the Trovli website, agent, and related services (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Trovli is a conversational shopping agent. It interprets what you are looking for, searches a live retail catalog, compares products, retrieves delivery quotes, and prepares an exact payment request that you can review and approve. The agent surfaces information and prepares transactions; it does not make purchasing decisions for you. Every order and every payment requires your explicit action.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. How orders work

Product listings, availability, prices, checkout, and delivery are provided by CloudStore AI’s global merchant network, our commerce infrastructure partner, and may change or become unavailable at any time. Trovli provides discovery and stablecoin payment on top of that network. We do not act as the seller of any product shown, and orders are subject to the availability and fulfilment terms of the underlying merchant.

Full-set price comparisons run as background catalog jobs and may continue while you send other prompts or reload the page. An upstream candidate count is an estimate until a job finishes successfully. A comparison is labeled exhaustive only after the Service verifies two stable complete passes; incomplete, changed, oversized, or failed scans do not produce a winner or chart.

Comparison prices are product-level “From” floors. They are not exact SKU prices or payable totals. Availability, discounts, shipping, tax, fees, and the amount you may pay are established only by a current live quote, which may differ from a comparison card.

4. Payments and digital assets

Payments are made in RLUSD on the XRP Ledger mainnet. If you connect a wallet and confirm a payment:

• the payment is real and moves actual digital assets on a public blockchain;
• it is irreversible once confirmed on the ledger — we cannot cancel, reverse, or refund it;
• it is settled only after you approve the exact amount and recipient in your own wallet. Trovli never signs or sends a payment on your behalf and never holds custody of your funds.

Digital assets are volatile and their use carries risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, for confirming transaction details before you approve them, and for any network fees. Only transact with amounts you can afford to lose.

5. Wallets and third-party services

Connecting a wallet is handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy practices. Catalog, product, checkout, and delivery services are provided by CloudStore AI’s merchant network. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means beyond normal use, probe or breach its security, infringe others’ rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Trovli or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Product names, images, and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IT PRESENTS IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROVLI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTION YOU CHOOSE TO CONFIRM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trovli and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
