This Privacy Policy explains what information Trovli (“Trovli,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our website and shopping agent (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed the Service to collect as little as possible and to keep sensitive details in your control.

1. Information we collect

What you tell the agent. The messages and shopping requests you send are processed to interpret your intent, search the catalog, and respond. Do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.

Delivery details.When you request a delivery quote, the recipient name, phone number, and shipping address you enter are sent to CloudStore AI’s merchant network, our commerce infrastructure partner, solely to price and prepare that delivery.

Wallet address. If you connect a wallet, we receive its public XRP Ledger address so we can display balances and prepare a payment for your confirmation.

Technical data. Like most websites, our servers process basic technical information such as request metadata and diagnostic logs to operate the Service securely. Our logs record event types and sizes, not the content of your messages, addresses, or wallet details.

2. Information kept only in your browser

Your email address is held only in your browser’s memory for the current session and is cleared when the page reloads. It is not transmitted to the store and is not stored on our servers.

Background comparison sessions. When you use full-set price comparison, we set a random, non-identifying secure session cookie so a background job and its updates are visible only to the browser session that requested them. We temporarily retain the exact search request, job progress, sanitized events, and verified result so the comparison can continue across a reload or while you send another prompt. This background record does not include delivery addresses, payment data, wallet addresses, or wallet secrets.

3. How we use information

• To operate the agent — interpret requests, search, compare, and quote.
• To prepare payments you choose to review and confirm.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share delivery details with CloudStore AI’s merchant network only to fulfil your quote request. We use service providers (such as hosting and wallet-connection providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Wallet and blockchain information

Trovli never receives, stores, or asks for your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet secrets, and it cannot move funds without your explicit confirmation in your wallet. Transactions you confirm are recorded on the public XRP Ledger, which is outside our control and is permanent by design.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use only what is necessary to run the Service, including the secure anonymous cookie used to isolate and restore background comparison jobs. It cannot be read by page scripts and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Background comparison requests, progress, events, and results expire from the service within one hour. The random browser cookie may remain for up to 30 days so an eligible browser can reconnect, but it contains no comparison content or personal identity. Clearing site cookies ends that continuity. Your email remains browser-memory only and is not retained after the page reloads.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect little and retain session data only briefly, some requests may have limited scope. You can contact us to exercise any rights available to you.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. International use

The Service may be operated from, and information processed in, countries other than yours. By using the Service you consent to such processing consistent with this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
